Same Day Denture Repairs
Dentures are often damaged by falling onto a hard surface such as the floor or a sink. They can also become weakened with age and potentially break if they no longer fit well due to gum shrinkage and changes in the shape of the mouth, because the bite pressure becomes unequal, damage can be caused by the force of opposing natural teeth.
In most cases, we can repair cracked or fractured dentures, insert strengtheners into dentures, repair chips in the artificial teeth and replace teeth that have fallen off.
If your denture breaks
Keep all the broken pieces together. Don’t use super glue or try and repair the denture yourself. This may offer a quick solution but it rarely lasts long. It may end up resulting in further damage making your denture impossible to repair again.
Same Day Repairs
Dentures can normally be repaired the same day in the laboratory unless the fracture is very complicated.
Please note same day repairs are dependent on the dental laboratory availability and the time you are able to drop off your dentures. We recommend you contact us as early in the day as possible.
UK Wide Postal Repairs
At Simcast we also offer a postal repair service. Just place all the pieces together in protective packaging and use our downloadable postage label to send it to us. We will repair your denture and post it back to you.
We recommend that you use a guaranteed service to ensure your denture is not delayed or lost in the post system as Simcast cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage in the post. We use Royal mail tracked 24 postage.
